No. Failed runs are refunded in full, automatically. If your balance looks wrong after a failure, send us the run id and we will check it.
Asset links are signed and expire after 24 hours, which keeps your files private. The file itself is not deleted. Open it again from your dashboard, or call refresh_asset_url with the asset key if you are working through an agent.
Every generating tool has a matching quote that prices the exact same request and charges nothing. The figure it returns is what you will be charged.
Keys are shown once and stored only as a hash, so we cannot recover one — not even for you. Revoke it and create another at Settings → API keys. Revoking takes effect immediately.
You can delete generated assets and uploads from your dashboard at any time. For full account deletion, email us and we will remove all associated records, assets and keys.
